Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it by following the instructions below (terms and conditions apply). If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer care at customerservice.parrottulip@yahoo.com

On stocked items we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase with the original proof of purchase

The item must be in original condition with no damage to the item or the packaging.

All returns must be sent to Parrot Tulip, PO Box 2116, Wattletree Road LPO, Malvern East Vic 3145 and arrive via registered post or a trackable courier - we are not responsible for missing items or goods that arrive damaged.

Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge.  Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty. 

Should you receive an item that is faulty, please advise Parrot Tulip within 3 days of receiving it. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.

No refund or exchange will be offered on sale items.

Parrot Tulip reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without notice.  

 

Warranty - Skultuna 1607

Skultuna guarantees that the products you have ordered are free from errors at the time of delivery. Please note that the products from Skultuna are hand-made and small variations may occur between products. Minor defects are to be expected as the products are not factory made and these are not covered by the warranty. If you should receive a defect contact lisa.parrottulip@yahoo.com without delay or at the latest within 3 business days of receiving the goods. Customer support will take care of your complaint and provide you with a Return order number that must be marked on the parcel. Return the product in the state that it was received followed by a damage or error report.
